Material Support & Press Specifications

This film adheres to 100% cotton, polyester, and standard cotton-polyester blends. Application requires a flatbed or swing-away heat press capable of distributing uniform platen pressure across the entire design footprint. Each order includes a pre-cut film sheet alongside a digital pressing reference guide that calculates the exact temperature, dwell time, and force required for your specific equipment model.

Heat Transfer Protocol

• Wipe or wash manufacturing sizing agents, fabric softeners, and coating residues from the target garment.
• Position the transfer face-down over the prepared fabric zone.
• Execute the full thermal cycle using the settings calculated in the reference guide.
• Allow the platen to cool completely to ambient room temperature before peeling the backing horizontally.

Lifting the carrier prematurely, bypassing the cool-down stage, or operating a warped press board typically triggers edge fracture and adhesive delamination. Actual print saturation may shift slightly depending on individual display monitor calibration.
