Precision Application Protocol

Consistent bonding starts with thorough surface preparation and strict thermal sequencing. Strip sizing agents and softening coatings from the target garment before positioning the transfer face-down. Apply the complete thermal cycle outlined in your pressing guide, allow the platen to drop to ambient room temperature, then peel the carrier sheet horizontally. Lifting the backing early, skipping the full cool-down phase, or pressing on a warped bed typically triggers edge fracture and adhesive loss. Minor variations in print saturation may occur depending on individual display monitor calibration prior to production.
