Apply the full heat protocol, allow the platen to cool completely to room temperature, and finish with a clean horizontal peel to lock in sharp edges. Applying excessive pressure, skipping the cooldown phase, or peeling while the transfer remains hot commonly causes adhesive failure or cracking. Minor color variations between digital mockups and physical prints may occur depending on your device calibration.
